Refund & Returns Policy

Because software licenses are delivered digitally, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. We want you to be confident in every purchase.

Eligibility

Requests are generally reviewed within 14 days of purchase, provided the license has not been activated or redeemed and is eligible for return under the vendor's policy.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time to stop future renewals. Cancelling stops the next charge; the current term remains active until its end date. Partial-term refunds follow the vendor's policy.

How to request a refund

Open a request from your customer portal or contact support with your order number. We'll confirm eligibility and process approved refunds to your original payment method.
