1. Orders & licenses

All products are software licenses supplied under the terms of the respective vendor. License rights, restrictions, and support are defined by the vendor's end-user license agreement. You are responsible for ensuring a product meets your requirements before purchase.

2. Pricing & payment

Prices are displayed in your selected region's currency and may include applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. Subscription products renew automatically unless auto-renew is disabled before the billing date.

3. Delivery

Licenses are delivered digitally to your account and email after payment is confirmed. Provisioning times may vary by vendor.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, resell licenses without authorization, or violate any vendor license terms.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
